• Access to daily practice portal and tests requires payment.
• Students under 18 must have parental consent.

2. Account Registration

• Registration can only be completed offline via an authorized franchise.
• Franchise information may be collected to link your account.
• Profile photo is optional.

3. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored using Supabase with RLS for security. Brevo is used for transactional emails.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks are property of the company. Do not copy or modify without permission.

5. User Content

Content you provide must not violate laws. By submitting, you grant a non-exclusive license to use it for services.

6. Restrictions

• No illegal use of services.
• No unauthorized access attempts.
• No interference with platform security.

7. Test Data and Academic Records

Test records are collected to provide insights and shared only with authorized personnel or connected franchises.

8. Payment and Access

Access to portal, tests, and premium features requires successful payment. Refund policies communicated separately.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Users may request termination anytime.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. No guarantee of uninterrupted service.

11. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated anytime. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated terms.
