Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Daily Practice Portal

• You may cancel your subscription offline via an authorized franchise.
• Access ends at the end of the current subscription period.
• Refunds processed based on payment terms communicated at subscription.

2. Competitions

Refunds for competition fees are provided only if requested before the competition date. No refunds after.

3. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds via original payment method.
• Payment gateway charges may not be refunded.
